Our employees are our family, and we strive to uphold the values that our founders instilled in us, creating an exceptional place to work that is inclusive to all.</p> <p>Westminster Title Agency, a Toll Brothers company, is seeking an Escrow Assistant to join our title and settlement office in Bonita Springs, Florida.</p> <p>What is the opportunity?</p> <p>Assist escrow officers to facilitate closing process to include coordination and communication between all parties to transaction, obtain and/or prepare all closing documents necessary to effectuate settlement, prepare the closing statement, lender, attorney, seller and or purchaser documents as necessary and allowed by local, state, and federal law.
