<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for assembling gift boxes by placing cookies and other items according to set specifications.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assemble gifts according to production specifications</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure pallet patterns meet packaging requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Meet quality assurance and vendor compliance standards</p> </li><li> <p>Physically stack and unstack pallets</p> </li><li> <p>Keep the shipping line stocked with product and remove completed pallets</p> </li><li> <p>Read and match SKU numbers and expiration dates to ensure correct item placement</p> </li><li> <p>Perform duties in other departments as assigned</p> </li><li> <p>Follow all SQF (Safe Quality Foods) guidelines</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Able to perform repetitive tasks such as walking, bending, twisting, and using hands, wrists, and arms</p> </li><li> <p>Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously; may be required to extend product overhead occasionally</p> </li><li> <p>Able to work in varying temperatures ranging from -10°F to 40°F</p> </li><li> <p>Must demonstrate honest and respectful communication</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable performing repetitive tasks (walking, bending, twisting, using hands and arms)</p> </li><li> <p>Able to lift up to 30 lbs. continuously and occasionally lift overhead</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in varying temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)</p> </li><li> <p>Must demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and ability to match SKUs and product specifications</p> </li><li> <p>Honest and respectful communication with team members</p> </li></ul>
