<p>We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Retail Digital Channel Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) website, Amazon, and other key e-tail partners. This role is responsible for driving traffic, conversion, and revenue growth through digital marketing strategies tailored to each retail channel. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, digital merchandising, performance marketing, and retail media networks.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES:</p> <p>CHANNEL OWNERSHIP & STRATEGY</p> <ul> <li>Own and manage the marketing strategy for DTC, Amazon, and other e-tailers (e.g., Lowes.com, homedepot.com, Target.com, etc.) </li><li>Develop and execute channel-specific marketing plans to drive awareness, traffic, and sales </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Creative, Analytics) to align goals and execution </li></ul> <p>AMAZON & E-TAILER MARKETING</p> <ul> <li>Manage Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, DSP, etc.) and optimize campaigns for ROI </li><li>Oversee A+ content, Brand Stores, and product detail pages to ensure brand consistency and conversion optimization </li><li>Partner with e-tailers on co-op marketing, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars </li></ul> <p>DTC SITE MARKETING</p> <ul> <li>Lead promotional planning, homepage updates, and merchandising strategies for the DTC site </li><li>Collaborate with CRM and performance marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and retention </li><li>Analyze site performance and user behavior to inform UX and content improvements </li></ul> <p>ANALYTICS & REPORTING</p> <ul> <li>Monitor KPIs across all channels including traffic, conversion, AOV, ROI, and customer acquisition cost </li><li>Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders </li><li>Test and iterate on campaigns to continuously improve performance </li></ul> <p>TRAVEL:</p> <ul> <li>Up to 10% </li></ul> <p>YOU MUST HAVE:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce, preferably in a retail or CPG environment </li><li>Experience managing Amazon and other e-retailer marketing programs, as well as working with DTC eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) </li><li>Experience with digital advertising platforms (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, etc.) </li><li>Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and BI dashboards to extract insights, track performance metrics, and support data-driven marketing decisions </li><li>Experience managing end-to-end projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes by coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging both internal and external stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>WE VALUE:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with retail media networks (e.g., Walmart Connect, Roundel) </li><li>Familiarity with SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, and influencer programs </li><li>Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills </li><li>Passion for consumer behavior and digital innovation </li></ul> <p>WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:</p> <ul> <li>Resideo is a large matrix organization, so this is a great opportunity to hone your skills around driving results across cross-functional teams. </li><li>Enjoy work-life balance with generous vacation time that can be scheduled with manager approval based on business priorities and personal needs, without pre-set maximums. </li><li>Immediate eligibility for Resideo benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and 401K. </li></ul> <p>#LI-HYBRID</p> <p>#LI-LH1</p>
