<p>Responsibilities of the role include:</p> <ul> <li>Affiliate Relationship Support - Daily communications with affiliates via email and Slack channels + assist in onboarding new affiliates, maintaining ongoing communications, and ensuring timely responses to partner inquiries. </li><li>Website content co-ordination: Support with creative and written word briefs across brand, campaign, partnership and blog pages </li><li>Stakeholder Management: Support communication between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth campaign launches, facilitate data reporting and resolve operational issues. </li><li>Performance Monitoring: Track daily and monthly KPIs, generate performance reports, and identify trends or opportunities for growth. </li><li>Campaign Coordination: Support the execution of affiliate promotions and campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking links, creative assets, and terms. </li><li>Creative Management: Help coordinate delivery of approved marketing materials and offers to affiliates. </li><li>Payment Processing: Assist in verifying and processing monthly affiliate invoices and performance-based commissions. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>You have junior level experience in a marketing role/internship or hold a degree in a relevant/adjacent field </li><li>You have excellent communication skills and strive to have a customer-first mindset </li><li>You're analytical and eager to learn and develop </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. </li><li>Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis. </li><li>Interest in sports, betting, fantasy, or gaming industries is a must </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills </li><li>Excellent planning, organization and time management skills </li><li>Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills </li><li>Strong relationship management skills </li></ul> <p>Nice-to-have</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, influencer marketing or partnerships </li><li>Experience using Slack or similar business comms software </li><li>Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking platforms (e.g., Income Access, Impact, Intellitics or Partnerize), or digital marketing tools is preferred but not required. </li></ul> <p>Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country and state of residence, which are reflected in Geographical Zones defined by Fanatics Betting and Gaming. *Salary Range: $70,000 to $83,000 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
