<p>TRIGO Global Quality Solutions has an immediate opening for a Quality Inspector in Milwaukee WI.</p> <p>This position will be 1st shift and pay is $19.00/hr</p> <p>Reports to</p> <p>Site Supervisor/Site Leads</p> <p>Quality Inspector Responsibilities</p> <p>(To include but not limited to the following)</p> <p>Client Relationship & Business Development</p> <ul> <li>The Quality Inspector acts as an impartial third party between the production source and the customer facility to ensure the product meets set criteria. </li></ul> <p>Operations</p> <ul> <li>The Quality Inspector performs quality inspection / quality audits on incoming material using hand gaging and visual techniques to determine conformance to specifications and fitness for use. </li><li>Contains non-conforming parts and/or sub-assemblies. </li><li>Rectifies non-conforming material by rework, sorting and/or scrapping as directed by Team Leader. </li><li>Uses methods such as de-rusting, grinding, drilling, tapping, assembly and/or disassembly to rectify non-conforming material. </li><li>Determines the tools and equipment needed to do the job. </li><li>Grinds, sands, cleans and oils parts and/or sub-assemblies by using hand tools or equipment. </li></ul> <p>Organization & Management</p> <ul> <li>Communicate sort/inspection results to managers, supervisors and production source. </li></ul> <p>Technical</p> <ul> <li>MUST be able to use basic hand tools such as gaging, drills, taps, grinders and/or sanders to repair and/or clean parts and/or sub-assemblies. </li><li>Utilize company portal for time recording and policy acknowledgements. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, skills, abilities</p> <p>Hard skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in English </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills </li><li>Ability to Coordinate, prioritize and multitask </li><li>Demonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced, challenging environment </li><li>Ability to take initiative and recognize needs </li><li>Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential material </li><li>Ability lift /move 30 pounds </li><li>Must have reliable transportation </li></ul> <p>Work experience</p> <p>Overall recommendations</p> <ul> <li>1+ year in Quality related position. </li><li>Basic knowledge of materials and production processes. </li><li>Basic knowledge of quality control methods. </li></ul> <p>Education background</p> <p>Overall recommendations</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent </li></ul> <p>About TRIGO Global Quality Solutions</p> <p>Founded in 1997, TRIGO is a multinational company providing operational Quality Management solutions for the manufacturing sector, especially in the automotive and aerospace industries.
