<p>Albuquerque Hearing and Balance , a privately-owned Audiology practice is currently recruiting several full-time or part-time audiologists. Primary responsibilities include diagnostic testing and amplification, electrophysiologic testing, vestibular testing and adult cochlear implants as well as bone anchored implants. Applicants with 3-5 years' experience are considered a plus, but we are more interested in finding the right person to complement our team than the perfect resume.</p> <p>Our hearing and balance care center is highly respected for its commitment to high quality hearing/balance treatment and flexible approach to meeting patient needs through person centered care. We believe in continuing education for ourselves and our patients, attending national and state-wide seminars, and conferences & hosting seminars for consumers to learn about their path to reconnecting them to their life. We are seeking a positive, compassionate, and flexible individual who is interested in a work environment that is challenging, warm and welcoming.</p> <p>If you are motivated to go above and beyond, inspired by working with the best team, and compelled to do the right thing, then our organization is exactly what you have been looking for.</p> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with advanced hearing aid technology </li><li>Solid diagnostic skills (adults & children) </li><li>Great patient communication skills </li><li>Outgoing, self-starter </li><li>Motivation to work as a team with clinical and administrative staff </li></ul> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conductive diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations </li><li>Cochlear implant evaluations and mapping </li><li>Vestibular evaluations </li><li>Electrophysiologic testing (ABR/ASSR) </li><li>Execute treatment plans through excellent counseling and education </li><li>Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient's needs and best practices </li><li>Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting </li><li>Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information </li><li>Adhere to company policies and procedures </li><li>May also be involved in public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events </li></ul> <p>Occupation Classification Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Active New Mexico Dispensing license or eligible for licensure </li></ul> <p>We offer a competitive salary and bonuses, 401k, FSA, paid holidays, vacation, and personal time and paid maternity leave. Paid continuing education in addition to a retirement plan with company matching. In addition, we help with moving expenses and have a signing bonus. We also offer a shadow day, all at our expense, for candidates to spend a day in our clinics getting to know us. Last but not least we work 4 days a week.</p> <p>Eligible for NM licensing</p>
