<p>Roof Helper</p> <p>Typical Duties & Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Repair and maintenance on all roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope tile/shingles. Knowledge of these systems is helpful but not required. </li><li>Ability to perform assigned tasks daily through completion with a strong attention to detail. </li><li>You must not be afraid of heights. </li><li>Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly, repeated bending, climbing and kneeling. </li><li>Ability to work with others. </li><li>Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional interaction with all customers. </li><li>Physical Endurance and capability </li><li>Ability to work in Cold and Hot Temperature </li><li>Valid Driver's licenses. </li><li>Speak English & Spanish (Preferred). </li><li>I must be able to pass drug screening test. </li><li>Authorized to work in the United States. </li></ul> <p>Full Time Position / Plus Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>$17.00 to $19.00 per hour depending on performance </li><li>Paid recognized Holidays. </li><li>1-week paid vacation after 1 year of employment. </li><li>Health insurance and retirement plans are available. </li></ul>
