This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely resolution of consumer and credit bureau disputes. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Process and investigate consumer disputes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements</p> <p>Respond to credit bureau disputes accurately and in a timely manner</p> <p>Communicate interactively with consumers regarding dispute resolutions</p> <p>Perform various administrative tasks related to compliance and documentation</p> <p>Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance and privacy standards</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>High School Diploma or GED required</p> <p>Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills</p> <p>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively</p> <p>Prior experience in compliance, customer service, or dispute resolution is a plus</p> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <p>Must pass a drug screening and background check</p> <p>Flexibility to work alternating Saturdays, as needed</p> <p>Lancaster PA 3170</p>
