We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets.</p> <p>Pay: $27.36</p> <p>Schedule</p> <p>12-hour shifts on rotating schedule</p> <p>5:00AM - 5:00PM, 1st Shift</p> <p>Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs</p> <p>Must be able to train for at least 3 weeks on Dayshift from 5:00AM - 5:00PM</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Requirements/Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience </li><li>Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred </li><li>Ability to work the scheduled shift which includes start-up and handover meetings </li><li>Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred </li><li>Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience </li><li>Ability to work on your own and with a team </li><li>Strong communication skills both face to face and over the radio </li><li>Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft applications, SAP experience a plus </li><li>Forklift experience is preferred, but we are able to train new associates </li><li>Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and stand on your feet for extended periods of time throughout the day </li><li>Ability to work in adverse environmental conditions, including inclement weather and changes in temperature </li></ul>
