<p>Kforce has a client in Odessa, FL that is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The Senior Sales Engineer will collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support both before and during calls </li><li>Deliver sales presentations that articulate the company's capabilities and value propositions to prospects and existing customers </li><li>Lead detailed and technical product demos customized for each client and opportunity </li><li>Contribute to success planning for new clients post-sale and ensure a seamless transition to solutions and implementation teams </li><li>Respond to and spearhead customer requests for proposals and RFIs </li><li>Set clear expectations and success criteria during the sales process, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company capabilities </li><li>Support Business Reviews (QBRs) post-implementation, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing success </li><li>Use discretion and independent judgment when solving technical issues and finding ways to improve. </li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer feedback and adjust demo strategies accordingly </li><li>Liaise with product development and marketing teams to stay updated on new features and product positioning </li><li>The Senior Sales Engineer will stay well informed with product and engineering on roadmap developments and gauge how best to accommodate reasonable requests </li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies* 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience </li><li>3+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales or solutions engineering role </li><li>Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos </li><li>Ability to understand complex product features quickly and articulate how they can create value for customers </li><li>Commitment to high standards, data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and teamwork </li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and executive presentation skills and ability to provide insight and thought leadership </li><li>Track record of exceeding customer expectations </li><li>Experience working with engineering and product teams </li><li>Experience in the property management/PropTech sector is a plus </li><li>Prior startup experience is a plus </li></ul>
