<p>Kforce has a client in Coral Gables, FL that is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator with deep expertise in hybrid cloud environments, enterprise directory services, and virtualized infrastructure. This role requires a technical professional who can manage complex systems across on-premises and cloud platforms while maintaining optimal performance, security, and reliability.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Administer Azure Enterprise Applications including SSO configuration, conditional access policies, and application lifecycle management </li><li>Manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra ID) for user provisioning, identity governance, and security compliance </li><li>Deploy and optimize Azure virtual machines, storage solutions, and networking infrastructure </li><li>Implement Azure security frameworks and monitor compliance across cloud resources </li><li>Administer Active Directory Domain Services including domain controllers, organizational units, and Group Policy management </li><li>Manage DNS infrastructure ensuring reliable name resolution across hybrid environments </li><li>Configure and maintain DHCP services including scope management, reservations, and failover clustering </li><li>Implement directory synchronization between on-premises AD and Azure AD environments </li><li>Design and manage virtualized infrastructure including VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar platforms </li><li>Optimize virtual machine performance, resource allocation, and capacity planning </li><li>Implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions for virtualized environments </li><li>Manage AWS EC2 instances, S3 storage, VPC networking, and security groups </li><li>Support hybrid connectivity between on-premises and AWS environments </li><li>Develop PowerShell scripts for system automation, reporting, and administrative tasks </li><li>Create Azure PowerShell and AWS PowerShell modules for cloud resource management* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field </li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure administration and Azure Enterprise Applications </li><li>Strong expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management </li><li>Proficient in virtualization technologies and backup solution administration </li><li>Experience with AWS services and PowerShell scripting </li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills </li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills and punctual completion of administrative tasks </li><li>Proven track record of meeting performance objectives </li></ul> <p>Preferred Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate </li><li>Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate </li><li>VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or similar virtualization certification </li><li>AWS Certified Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills Required:</p> <ul> <li>Advanced Active Directory and DNS </li><li>Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation </li><li>Backup and disaster recovery planning and implementation </li><li>Change management and ITIL framework knowledge </li><li>Performance monitoring and capacity planning </li></ul>
