<p>Project Manager - ClearPath Connections</p> <p>A Division of Dealers Wholesale</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>ClearPath Connections (CPC), a division of Dealers Wholesale, specializes in providing technology solutions that enhance Situational Awareness, Access Control, Network Infrastructure, Surveillance, and Communications for senior living facilities. Since joining Dealers Wholesale three years ago, CPC has transitioned from a founder-led business to a structured operation with annual and monthly financial targets, requiring precise project execution and strict timeline management.</p> <p>We are seeking a Project Manager to own and drive project execution from contract award to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, operational efficiency, and financial alignment while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will embody our Core Values - Own it, Work as ONE Team, Find a Way, and Play to Win.</p> <p>Mission</p> <p>The mission of this role is to own project execution from start to finish, ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining strong customer relationships and operational efficiency.</p> <p>Outcomes</p> <ul> <li> <p>Customer Satisfaction - Achieve a 70+ net promoter score (NPS) based on project execution, responsiveness and issue resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>On-Time Project Execution - Deliver 95% of projects on or ahead of schedule, proactively addressing bottlenecks and risks.</p> </li><li> <p>Financial Alignment - Ensure 100% alignment with monthly and annual revenue targets, identifying and mitigating project delays impacting revenue.</p> </li></ul> <p>Position Reports to:</p> <p>General Manager, ClearPath Connections</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Project Execution</p> <ul> <li>Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. </li><li>Develop and manage detailed project plans, outlining phases, deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines. </li><li>Track progress, hold teams accountable, and proactively mitigate risks. </li></ul> <p>Communication & Coordination</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary customer contact, ensuring consistent, transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. </li><li>Translate customer expectations and technical requirements to internal teams. </li><li>Lead weekly project status meetings, providing real-time updates to stakeholders. </li><li>Escalate delays early, providing data-driven recommendations for corrective action. </li></ul> <p>Budget & Performance Management</p> <ul> <li>Track project costs against budget, ensuring profitability and revenue alignment. </li><li>Manage scope changes, minimizing budget overruns and timeline disruptions. </li><li>Partner with sales, field operations, and leadership to ensure alignment between project execution and business goals. </li></ul> <p>Process Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Identify and implement efficiencies in project management processes. </li><li>Establish best practices for repeatable success, ensuring continuous improvement. </li><li>Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational effectiveness. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Required</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of project management experience, preferably in field operations, installation projects or technology deployments. </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, high-visibility environment. </li><li>Strong experience tracking and reporting project milestones, financials, and risk mitigation. </li><li>Excellent communication skills-ability to translate complex project details for customers and internal teams. </li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, field operations, and technical departments. </li><li>Proficiency in project management systems and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana). </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field. </li><li>Experience in senior living, multi-family housing, student living or commercial security/surveillance. </li><li>PMP Certification or equivalent project management training. </li><li>Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies.
