This person will assist office engineers and project managers with day-to-day project tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to get some hands-on, working field experience and be a valuable contributor to our project teams. This full-time role will be based out of our Bedford, NH office location.</p> <p>DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>In this position, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Serve in a field support role, working on technically-challenging projects. </li><li>Assist engineers and Project Managers with the planning and execution of site characterization programs on various infrastructure and real estate development projects. </li><li>Assist with evaluation of environmental data. </li><li>Express a willingness to visit construction sites to assist in the field with our construction monitoring service group. </li><li>Complete 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training course where required (not all internship programs will require this training). </li><li>Attend weekly Lunch and Learns. </li><li>Attend weekly FriYAY Internship Community Sessions. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS/EXPERIENCE</p> <p>Minimum Skills and Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Candidate should be at least 2 years into their academic career. </li><li>Candidate should be enrolled in a civil, environmental engineering, or related educational program (undergraduate or graduate). </li><li>Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn. </li><li>Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. </li><li>Computer Skills - Strong computer literacy skills including proficiency in all MS Office software. </li><li>Driver's license highly preferred. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>About Haley & Aldrich</p> <p>Haley & Aldrich is committed to solving our clients' most meaningful challenges in the built and natural environments.
