Whether you hold a Workday Pro Payroll certification or have hands-on exposure to Workday payroll, absence, and integrations, your platform knowledge will make an immediate impact here.</p> <p>What you'll own</p> <ul> <li>End-to-end payroll integration management: Design and validate integrated payroll solutions - data flows, calculations, compliance controls, and financial alignment - built to scale. </li><li>Absence management configuration: Own the configuration and maintenance of absence management in Workday, ensuring seamless data exchange between Workday and third-party leave, time-tracking, and benefits platforms. </li><li>System optimization & configuration: Lead configuration, testing, and validation for complex payroll and absence scenarios. Redesign workflows to improve reliability, speed, and visibility. </li><li>Senior escalation & issue resolution: Be the last line of defense for complex payroll, absence, and integration issues. Diagnose root causes across systems, protect compliance, and maintain continuity. </li><li>Mentorship & technical leadership: Grow analysts and technical teammates.
