By bridging R&D, manufacturing, and customer needs, you'll accelerate innovation, improve processes, and help Iconex maintain its leadership in labeling and print technologies.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Develop new label, coating, adhesive, and print-based products in collaboration with Product Management, Sales, and key customers. </li><li>Plan, run, and analyze manufacturing trials, delivering clear trial plans and post-trial reviews to accelerate commercialization. </li><li>Partner with Manufacturing to introduce new equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and support process improvements. </li><li>Lead or support product and process troubleshooting, quality investigations, and corrective action development. </li><li>Analyze trial and scale-up data, prepare technical reports, and present findings to senior leaders. </li><li>Monitor quality performance during product scale-up and provide technical guidance to ensure smooth transition to production. </li><li>Support global efforts to identify and deploy new process technologies across sourcing and manufacturing sites. </li></ul> <p>You'll Bring:</p> <p>You carry a strong technical foundation in coatings, adhesives, paper, or printing technologies, plus the curiosity to build what doesn't exist yet. A degree in a relevant engineering field, 5-8 years of experience, mastery of analytical tools like Minitab and Excel, comfort with customer-facing communication, and the project management discipline to keep multiple efforts moving forward.
