<p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Polarion ALM and preferably experience in the Provider domain. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to the quality assurance of our projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality and compliance with requirements. </li><li>Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables. </li><li>Utilize Polarion ALM to manage test cases track defects and report on testing progress. </li><li>Ensure thorough documentation of test processes and results for future reference and audits. </li><li>Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance testing efficiency. </li><li>Participate in requirement reviews and provide input on testability and quality risks. </li><li>Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve issues. </li><li>Monitor and report on test progress quality metrics and project status to stakeholders. </li><li>Support the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and scripts. </li><li>Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. </li><li>Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. </li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>*</p> <ul> <li>Possess strong experience in Polarion ALM for test management and defect tracking. </li><li>Demonstrate a solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. </li><li>Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues. </li><li>Show proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages. </li><li>Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. </li><li>Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies. </li><li>Preferably have experience in the Provider domain to enhance domain-specific testing. </li></ul> <p>Certifications Required</p> <p>ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst</p> <p>The Cognizant community:</p> <p>We are a high caliber team who appreciate and support one another.
