<p>Carrier Enterprise (CE) is a national distributor of residential and light commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) products, parts and supplies through licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors. CE operates primarily in the business to business (B2B) environment where its products are sold through licensed HVAC dealers and HVAC contractors. These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets. CE offers customers a wide range of HVAC/R product lines, competitive pricing, best in class customer service and valuable, timesaving services that positions CE as an industry leader. With over 100+ locations, in over 20 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico and Canada there is a location to service our customers HVAC/R needs.</p> <p>CE is seeking an experienced Outside Sales/Account Manager for Dallas, TX.</p> <p>The Account Manager is the primary customer contact for commercial, institutional, educational and hospitality accounts. This role is responsible for increasing share of wallet on assigned accounts along with business development of new accounts.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Generate sales related to HVAC replacement and retrofit equipment, system upgrade products, aftermarket parts, supplies and accessories in an assigned territory </li><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with commercial, institutional, educational, hospitality maintenance & purchasing departments and service contractors, helping to develop solutions, closing sales and ensuring repeat business. </li><li>Analyze the territory and develop, execute, and monitor sales programs </li><li>Develop and implement account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for key customers to maximize sales </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written </li><li>Highly functional in a team environment </li><li>Sales and growth oriented </li><li>Profit driven.
