<p>Summary: Develops and maintains relationships with new and existing VIP players. Responsible for new player acquisition and repeat visitation from higher worth customers. During every interaction, we display three behaviors:</p> <ul> <li>Smile, display energy and open body language </li><li>Proactively greet team members and guests, initiating interaction to provide service </li><li>Always use a positive parting remark to end the conversation </li></ul> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Creates new business pipeline, bringing in top customers and providing elevated service experience. </li><li>Ability to extend complimentary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix. </li><li>Reviews player ratings and histories to evaluate and make decisions for complimentaries. </li><li>Knowledge of table games operations and electronic gaming machines. </li><li>Markets to maximize participation in special events and promotions. </li><li>Achieves established revenue and reinvestment goals. </li><li>In person, telephone, and digital outreach to identified segments of the player database to increase trip frequency, including coded and uncoded customers, and general customer service calls to build relationships and visitation. </li><li>Demonstrates professional, engaging, and effective telesales skills and production. </li><li>Performs all other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 18 years or older. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>5+ years of casino host/player development experience. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication and sales skills. </li><li>Knowledge of Casino Management Systems and customer database platforms. </li><li>Must exhibit excellent personable skills and an image of excitement and enthusiasm. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. </li><li>Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing. </li></ul> <p>Physical and Mental Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to walk stand see talk and hear. </li><li>Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. </li><li>Required to use telephone and computer. </li><li>Able to work with others while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. </li><li>Ability to work in a noisy and smoky environment. </li></ul>
