<p>The FHN Sr. Underwriter will be responsible for coordinating and assisting in overseeing daily operations of flow loan trading including reviewing loan files, pipeline management, managing due diligence vendors, data transfer, & funding processes.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to facilitate and manage activities on a daily basis working closely with seller, investor and SLP program manager as well as other internal and external resources and vendors </li><li>Provide assistance for other support functions including responding to emails in SLP inbox, maintaining accurate pipeline data, working with FHN's internal systems and other external trading platforms as needed </li><li>Have working knowledge of SLP program underwriting guidelines including all current updates. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>1-2 yrs experience in residential mortgage field with secondary market experience preferred. </li><li>Familiar with Agency and secondary market guidelines </li><li>Experience with new loan pipeline management </li><li>Previous Correspondent lending experience preferred </li><li>High school diploma required; college graduate preferred </li><li>Ability to maintain flexibility and good attitude for various tasks </li><li>Ability to maintain professionalism at all times working in close quarters with other FHN personnel </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written </li><li>Be able to work effectively with other departments within FHN and external trading platforms as needed </li><li>Able to multi-task throughout day </li><li>Proficient in Excel </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>First Horizon Corp.
