<p>The Automatic Operator Installation Technician will be responsible for the installation and service of automatic doors with or without direct onsite supervision.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Install and service automatic doors </li><li>Maintain company-owned equipment </li><li>Work in a team environment with other team members </li><li>Observe all safety rules and best practices </li><li>Follow all company policies and procedures </li><li>Other relative duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with installation of automatic swinging, sliding, folding and/or revolving doors or other commercial doors is preferred. </li><li>Carpentry, electrical, or wiring experience is a plus </li><li>Familiarity with construction procedures </li><li>Manufacturer specific certifications </li><li>Familiar with construction procedures </li><li>Ability to pass background check and drug screen </li><li>Valid drivers license </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work with others on a team </li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to listen, understand and follow directions </li><li>Ability to handle basic hand and power tools </li><li>AAADM certification a plus </li></ul>
