<p>We are seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Commercial Roofing Repair Technician to oversee and perform high-quality repairs across a variety of commercial roofing systems. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise in low slow commercial roofing systems such as Duro-Last, EPDM, torch down, metal, BUR and TPO, along with the ability to guide crews, manage service calls, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.</p> <p>At our company, our work is guided by five core values: Support Your Team, Do What's Best for the Customer, Say/Do 100%, Always Improving, and Go Home Safe. A true team player who is willing to step up when our customers and teams needs them.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and support roofing technicians on service and repair jobs </li><li>Perform inspections, maintenance, and complex repairs on commercial roofing systems </li><li>Diagnose leaks, structural issues, and system failures, and implement effective solutions </li><li>Work with Duro-Last, EPDM, Torch Down (modified bitumen), TPO, and metal roofing systems </li><li>Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and reflects 100% effort </li><li>Communicate directly with customers, providing clear recommendations that are in their best interest </li><li>Plan and coordinate daily job activities, materials, and manpower </li><li>Train and mentor team members, fostering a supportive and accountable team environment </li><li>Enforce safety protocols and lead by example to ensure everyone goes home safe </li><li>Accurately document work performed, including photos, reports, and service notes (utilizing the technology of our service management program) </li><li>Continuously look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and team performance </li><li>Flexibility to work weekends when needed to make sure our customers are supported when they need us </li><li>Flexibility to fill in on an installation crew when needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of commercial roofing repair experience </li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Duro-Last, EPDM, Torch Down, metal, and TPO systems </li><li>Proven leadership or crew lead experience in roofing or a related trade </li><li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills </li><li>Strong communication and customer service abilities </li><li>Customer service (professionally communicate with customers) </li><li>Ability to learn/use technology </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills that help you to collaborate in a team environment </li><li>Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions </li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>OSHA certification (or willingness to obtain) </li><li>Experience managing service crews or multiple job sites </li><li>Knowledge of roofing installation and preventative maintenance programs </li><li>Takes initiative to see a problem and solve it </li></ul> <p>Compensation & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay - based on experience, may need to complete a skills test </li><li>Health benefits </li><li>Paid time off and holidays </li><li>Company vehicle </li><li>Life insurance, short term disability, long term disability </li><li>401(k) with employer match </li></ul>
