Sales representatives in Elmsford, White Plains, Pleasantville and other surrounding areas are encouraged to apply!</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Present our industry-leading home improvement products with professionalism and integrity </li><li>Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions </li><li>Build relationships that lead to sales and repeat business </li><li>Deliver an exceptional experience from first meeting to post-sale follow-up </li></ul> <p>Role Expectations</p> <ul> <li>No cold calling - we provide pre-set, high-quality appointments </li><li>Travel to customer homes (may require driving up to 80+ miles one way) </li><li>Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation </li><li>Maintain accurate CRM records and guide customers through financing and next steps </li><li>Flexibility for evening and weekend appointments to match homeowner availability </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>1+ years of customer-facing sales experience </li><li>Valid driver's license and auto insurance </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales </li><li>Comfortable using iPad-based applications </li><li>Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure </li><li>Proven ability to exceed performance targets </li></ul> <p>We value potential as much as experience.
