<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Pickleball Team Member assists the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager in maintaining the day-to-day operations of the Pickleball Department. They schedule court time and educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment. They provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.</p> <p>Job Duties/Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Greets, schedules court time and assists members in a friendly and professional manner </li><li>Explains all Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members and assists them with determining their individual needs </li><li>Initiates, develops and maintains personalized relationships with members </li><li>Assists in ensuring all pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized and in good working condition </li><li>Promotes all Life Time programs, products, and services </li><li>Ensures all daily billing is completed accurately and efficiently and reconciles the cash register at the end of a shift </li></ul> <p>Minimum Required Qualifications</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Working toward a High School Diploma or GED </li></ul> <p>Years of Experience:</p> <ul> <li>1 year of customer service experience </li></ul> <p>Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:</p> <ul> <li>n/a </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Computer experience </li><li>CPR and AED Certified </li></ul> <p>Life Time is a place for everyone.
