As part of this engagement, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead efforts that ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This engagement is centered on solving coordination and execution challenges across departments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while fostering alignment and accountability throughout the organization.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. </li><li>Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. </li><li>Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution. </li><li>Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives. </li><li>Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. </li><li>Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. </li><li>Report and escalate issues to management as needed. </li><li>Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. </li><li>Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (Master's preferred). </li><li>Proven experience as a Project Manager with experience on complex projects. </li><li>Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). </li><li>Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira). </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking. </li></ul>
