He/she is expected to share ideas to promote business; reduce employee turnover; maintain revenue and payroll budgets; and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>QUALIFICATION STANDARDS</p> <p>EDUCATION & SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Four-year college degree preferred </li><li>Previous supervisory responsibility preferred. </li><li>Strong knowledge of service standards, and different service types (French, Russian, etc.). </li><li>Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations. </li><li>Long hours sometimes required. </li><li>Medium work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>At least 2 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field. </li><li>Previous supervisory responsibility preferred. </li><li>Strong knowledge of service standards, and different service types (French, Russian, etc.). </li><li>Knowledge of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations. </li><li>Food and Beverage experience in related field preferred </li><li>Hospitality experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:</p> <p>We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.</p>
