<p>Henry Ford Providence Hospital - Novi</p> <p>GENERAL SUMMARY</p> <ul> <li>Conduct medically prescribed occupational therapy under the supervision of an occupational therapist. </li><li>Implement an established treatment plan using appropriate modalities. Document findings of patient progress. Seek consultation as necessary. </li><li>Monitor patient's response to treatment plan. Communicate patient progress and possible goal revisions to occupational therapist. </li><li>Educate the patient and family/caregiver about patient deficits.
