If you're ready to advance your career and help us deliver exceptional service to our agents and clients, we encourage you to apply!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Accurately and efficiently process incoming endorsement requests. </li><li>Monitor and follow up on open underwriting items and correspondence to ensure timely resolution. </li><li>Track and follow up on home appraisals to ensure adherence to critical recommendations. </li><li>Maintain thorough and accurate records of all communications in the agency management system. </li><li>Provide exceptional service by answering incoming calls during peak call volumes. </li><li>Work closely with the sales team to achieve department sales goals and contribute to overall team success. </li><li>Effectively manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives. </li><li>Ensure prompt and high-quality service delivery, meeting all Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives. </li><li>Manage email inbox. </li></ul> <p>Operational Excellence:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent interactions, policy servicing activities, and account information within the agency management system (AMS). </li><li>Adhere to established workflows, compliance requirements, and quality standards to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance. </li><li>Recommend improvements to processes that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall client satisfaction. </li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, agents, and team members. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. </li><li>Skilled at multitasking and adapting to shifting priorities. </li><li>Commitment to delivering high-quality service and achieving team goals. </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. </li><li>Proficiency in PC operations and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). </li></ul> <p>The pay range for the role is $52,000 to $65,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
