Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.</p> <p>How you'll make an impact in this role</p> <ul> <li>Design customized rehabilitation journeys that empower patients to reclaim their independence and master the activities of daily living. </li><li>Lead evidence-based therapeutic interventions that address physical, cognitive, and emotional barriers to ensure holistic patient recovery. </li><li>Empower families and caregivers through clear, compassionate education, providing them with the confidence and tools needed for successful care at home. </li><li>Mentor and guide Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and support staff to maintain a high standard of clinical excellence and collaborative care. </li><li>Advocate for patient progress by continuously refining care plans and documenting the milestones that lead to a safe, successful discharge. </li></ul> <p>What minimum requirements you'll need</p> <p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p> <ul> <li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
