<p>Position Title: Digital Marketing Specialist</p> <p>Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt</p> <p>Employment Type: Full-Time</p> <p>Location: Bethlehem, PA</p> <p># of Positions: 1</p> <p>Work Days/Hours: Monday - Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (On-Site)</p> <p>Target Pay Range: 48 - 52K (annualized, depending upon experience)</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Communications Manager to manage the Trans-Bridge Lines and Trans-Bridge Tours websites, optimize SEO, create engaging media content, and lead AI-related initiatives. This position is based in Bethlehem, PA and requires a daily on-site presence (not remote or hybrid).</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Communications Manager to manage and optimize the Trans-Bridge Lines and Trans-Bridge Tours websites. </li><li>Edit and post content on the company websites. </li><li>Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve organic SEO. </li><li>Learn and operate the TDS ticketing system and other assigned software. </li><li>Lead AI-related initiatives to enhance marketing, operations, and customer relations. </li><li>Research and evaluate digital tools and programs relevant to the transportation and travel industry, including testing and recommending AI-based solutions. </li><li>Assist in streamlining and improving current processes. </li><li>Produce creative content, including videos and photography of buses, events, and other projects as assigned. </li><li>Manage review websites such as Yelp and Google Reviews. Identify other review platforms that would benefit the company. </li><li>Support creative projects and tasks as they arise. </li><li>Other responsibilities as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing and content writing</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with social media content creation and company branding</p> </li><li> <p>Experience creating multi-channel ad campaigns</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with SEO and website management</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of video production or editing for social media is preferred</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Skills/Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Works independently and collaboratively </li><li>Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and timeliness </li><li>Ability to interface with all levels within the organization </li><li>Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point </li><li>Proficient with Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</p> <p>Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.</p> <p>About Us</p> <p>Trans-Bridge Lines, Inc. is a family-owned and operated Lehigh Valley motorcoach company. Trans-Bridge Tours offers One-Day, Multi-Day and Casino Tours, as well as, Air & Cruise Vacations. The companies are now in the family's third generation of ownership and management.</p>
