Yes</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Assist urologists and healthcare teams in providing direct patient care during urology procedures.</p> <ul> <li>Prepare patients for procedures, which may include positioning, draping, and </li></ul> <p>providing emotional support.</p> <ul> <li>Set up and prepare urology equipment and instruments required for </li></ul> <p>procedures.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure that all equipment is clean, sterilized, and in proper working condition. </li><li>Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on equipment as required. </li><li>Adhere to strict sterile techniques and infection control protocols during </li></ul> <p>urology procedures.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sterilizing </li></ul> <p>instruments, preparing sterile trays, and ensuring proper disposal of</p> <p>contaminated items.</p> <ul> <li>Follow established infection control policies and procedures to prevent the </li></ul> <p>spread of infections.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required and Associate's Degree Surgical Technology required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
