Our mission is to rapidly identify, incubate, and graduate substantive AI tools and operating models that benefit all of Google marketing.</p> <p>As a Senior AI Marketing Producer, you will be a key part of managing Search (product area) creative operations and intake, establishing efficient processes and clarity by translating Product Marketing Manager needs into feasible global creative production plans.</p> <p>You will succeed in changing, team environments and will be comfortable pivoting between multiple projects. Problem-solving comes naturally, and your ability to build consensus and create clarity from ambiguity will be the key to your success. You will be passionate about business transformation, with proven success in navigating the human side of change management as new technologies and ways of working are introduced within a structured organization. You will be a user-centric thinker to communicate topics in a clear manner to influence without authority across levels, functions, and geographies.</p> <p>Know the user. Know the magic. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Learn more about benefits at Google.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partners with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to define creative requirements and aligns product area guidelines/specifications for Search campaigns. </li><li>Lead the production cycle for all assets (text and statics using asset studio+ and videos/other with smartly /other approved self-service solutions), establishing workback plans and ensuring execution within budget. </li><li>Collaborate with m.AI Lab colleagues to identify gaps where current tools (like asset studio+) need innovation and acts as an early tester for new agentic workflows. </li><li>Serves as the final gatekeeper for all creative deliverables, ensuring they adhere to Search product area guidelines and principles. Build the playbook to scale the role to other product area. </li><li>Collaborate with global process owner (GPO), PMMs and Measurement teams to measure the impact of the central production team for efficiency and business growth. </li></ul>
