<p>Client Overview:</p> <p>Our manufacturing client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. They supply insulation, fiberglass, and other materials to customers.</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$22/hr</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Customer Service Representative will manage inbound calls, communicate with customers about their orders, manage deliveries, provide sales quotes, and process new orders. The hours are between 7 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:</p> <ul> <li>The Customer Service Representative will speak with customers via phone and email. </li><li>Manage inbound customer requests, provide quotes, process orders, and provide white-glove customer service. </li><li>Answer inquiries about deliveries, order status, and refunds. </li><li>Work closely with the warehouse to understand inventory. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:</p> <ul> <li>1 - 2 years of previous customer service/inside sales experience. </li><li>Ability to communicate via phone and email with new and existing customers. </li><li>Experience with an ERP system. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience/Skills for the Customer Service Representative:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent is required. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Atrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off). </li></ul>
