<p>Our client is a fast-growing food manufacturer with operations across United States. Their team si now looking for a Logistics Operations Director.</p> <p>Salary/Hourly Rate:</p> <p>$150k - $160k</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>The Logistics Operations Director is a key leadership role focused on driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, and building a unified logistics network. The Logistics Operations Director will oversee logistics and warehouse operations across three production facilities.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the Logistics Operations Director:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams across multiple production facilities. </li><li>Oversee transportation of raw materials and finished goods, both intra-company and to external partners. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with planning and operations to ensure inventory accuracy and fulfillment efficiency. </li><li>Manage 3PL partners and internal fleets to support cost-effective and reliable operations. </li><li>Support the transition to a new ERP system, contributing to selection, rollout, and integration. </li><li>Analyze performance and deliver on key logistics KPIs and financial goals. </li><li>Identify and implement process improvements that enhance service levels and reduce cost. </li><li>Ensure proper staffing, compliance, and training across sites. </li><li>Act as a key voice in shaping long-term distribution network strategy. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience/Skills for the Logistics Operations Director:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years in supply chain and logistics roles, with multi-site leadership responsibility. </li><li>Proven experience managing warehouse teams and 3rd party logistics providers. </li><li>Strong command of inventory management, transportation, and distribution strategies. </li><li>ERP proficiency required, experience with ERP implementations a strong plus. </li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. </li><li>Willingness to travel regularly between NJ and Long Island facilities. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>401(k) Match. </li><li>PTO. </li><li>Paid Holiday. </li></ul>
