<p>Clinical Services Manager (RN) - Home Health</p> <p>Palos Heights, IL | JourneyCare</p> <p>Join JourneyCare Home Health as a Clinical Services Manager and lead a dedicated team delivering exceptional care in the home. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting and mentoring field staff, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes and regulatory compliance. We're seeking a strong RN leader with 3-5 years of home health leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing teams and driving clinical excellence.</p> <p>This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while shaping the success of a growing home health team in Palos Heights, IL.</p> <p>Salary: $88,000 - $105,000 (Plus Annual Bonus)</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Licensed RN with current licensure to practice professionally within the state. </li><li>Graduate of an accredited school. Reviews available patient information related to case, including disciplines required, to determine home care needs.
