We also encourage you to meet the ARK team and follow us on X.</p> <p>This is a Full-Time position in our St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <p>Enable New Capabilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop dashboards/applications for portfolio and position-level performance analysis and decision support </li><li>Implement generative-AI powered tools & automations to accelerate the research & portfolio management process </li><li>Build & aggregate reusable data assets for the research team </li></ul> <p>Increase Productivity / Reduce Friction</p> <ul> <li>Automate regular reports & create dashboards to support ad-hoc analytics </li><li>Manage forms and interfaces for data entry and process support across research apps </li><li>Drive documentation of existing tools & processes </li></ul> <p>Manage Risk</p> <ul> <li>Implement data quality analytics and controls </li><li>Create automations to assist in record keeping (i.e. meetings, research sources) </li></ul> <p>Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and updates related to our technology environment </li><li>Propose enhancements to improve user experience and productivity </li></ul> <p>Requirements And Skills</p> <ul> <li>Coding languages: Python, SQL, Javascript </li><li>Experience working with databases and data pipelines/ETL workflows </li><li>Experience working with APIs and web scraping </li><li>Experience in working within cloud environments Azure, GCP, AWS </li><li>Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, custom dashboards) </li><li>Experience with agile project management and/or product management </li><li>Experience developing LLM integrations and prompt engineering </li><li>Experience with: Airtable, Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Power Automate, GitHub, serverless functions </li><li>Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, administration, and troubleshooting </li><li>User-Centric Mindset: Ability to empathize with users, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional client support </li><li>Technical Aptitude: Understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts, Mac and PC </li><li>Problem-Solving Skills: Resourcefulness in diagnosing and resolving technical issues </li><li>Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Database, AI, Automation and Visualization) are advantageous </li><li>Education: A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field </li><li>Minimum 5 years' experience in the required fields </li></ul> <p>Click Below To Apply</p>
