<p>As a Specials Prep and Saw you will perform operations such as roll form/wing bending, panel/core cutting on saw, and filming.</p> <p>Currently there is an opening for a Specials Prep and Saw in our Panels division on 3rd shift (10:30p - 6:30a. Sunday - Thursday)</p> <p>Panels Specials Prep and Saw: Starting at $21.58 per hour on 3rd Shift!</p> <ul> <li>SIGN ON BONUS* </li></ul> <p>$1200 FOR THIS ROLE ONLY.</p> <p>$100 EVERY 30 DAYS YOU WORK UNTIL YOU REACH $1200.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Runs panel saw, roll form, and filming machine with the help of senior operator. </li><li>Identifies product non-conformances per the process specifications. </li><li>Able to assist in setting up the roll form dies and roll line. </li><li>Follows safety protocol for LOTO on the equipment. </li><li>Stacks and identifies material post roll form for the next operation. </li><li>Completes necessary paperwork and enters data into the electronic data system. </li><li>Fill out NCMR's, defect reports. </li><li>Assist other departments as necessary. </li><li>Read work orders, review drawings, read schedules, and follow instructions. </li><li>Frequently asks production area if they need help. </li><li>Provide the customer with the best value including Cost, Quality, and Delivery. </li><li>Participate in improving our product, processes, equipment, and methods. </li><li>Handle internal and external questions in a prompt professional manner. </li><li>Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times. </li><li>Continually looks for ways to improve job efficiency and performance. </li><li>Performs all reasonably related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED preferred </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Mechanically inclined </li><li>Ability to work overtime. </li></ul> <p>Additional Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be eligible to work on programs subject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). </li></ul>
