Interact and explain to patients the tasks performed. Answer or seek any questions from patients and visitors. Incorporate guest relation skills in all daily activities. Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of hospital administrative staff. Takes appropriate action on concerns reported by department staff related to compliance. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Reading, writing and mathematical skills at level normally acquired through completion of high school or equivalent preferred. </li><li>No experience needed </li><li>Writes, reads, comprehends, and speaks fluent English. </li><li>Multicultural sensitivity. </li><li>Basic computer skills. </li><li>Customer/patient focused. </li><li>Critical thinking skills using independent judgment in making decisions. </li><li>Take direction from management </li><li>Adapts easily to change </li><li>Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position. </li></ul>
