There is nothing in our inventory as valuable as the associates who carry our reputation into the marketplace.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <p>Process phone and walk-in parts orders by:</p> <ul> <li>Correctly determining customers needs </li><li>Investigating parts requirements </li><li>Inputting orders into computer </li><li>Pulling parts from warehouse for customers waiting at the counter </li><li>Placing backorders with vendors </li><li>Making proper and complete purchase orders </li></ul> <p>Fulfilling the below warehouse duties when required:</p> <ul> <li>Put away stock orders </li><li>Pull parts orders for service department </li><li>Complete cycle inventory counts </li><li>Assisting Parts manager when needed </li></ul> <p>Non-essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Cleaning workstation and warehouse </li><li>Preparing for Parts Inventory </li><li>Cycle counts </li><li>Clerical work such as filing, answering phones, and so on </li></ul>
