TMH is the region's healthcare leader and top provider of advanced care with a 772-bed acute care hospital and the region's only:</p> <ul> <li>Level II Trauma Center </li><li>Primary Stroke Center </li><li>Level III Neonatal Intensive Care </li><li>Pediatric Intensive Care </li><li>The most advanced cancer, heart and vascular, orthopedic & surgery programs in the Panhandle. </li></ul> <p>Our system also includes a psychiatric hospital, multiple specialty care centers, six residency programs and more than 50 affiliated physician practices.</p> <p>HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT</p> <p>Physician Recruitment Sourcing Specialist</p> <p>Job Type: Full-Time</p> <p>Reports To: Director of Physician Recruitment</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Physician Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to join our Physician Recruitment. This individual will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and building a robust pipeline of qualified physicians and advanced practice providers (APPs) to meet the current and future staffing needs of our healthcare system.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Candidate Identification & Outreach</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active physician and APP candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks and internal databases. </li><li>Source candidates through job boards, databases, residency programs, fellowship directories, professional associations, and social platforms (Doximity, LinkedIn, Health eCareers, AAPPR, etc.). </li><li>Build and maintain active talent pipelines for high-priority specialties and hard-to-fill roles. </li></ul> <p>Lead Generation & Screening</p> <ul> <li>Pre-screen candidates for basic qualifications, interest, availability, location preferences, and compensation expectations. </li><li>Document outreach activity, call notes, and candidate leads in the applicant tracking system (ATS). </li><li>Forward qualified leads to recruiters promptly and support early-stage interview scheduling. </li><li>Track outreach metrics and pipeline performance </li></ul> <p>Talent Pipeline Management:</p> <ul> <li>Build, nurture, and maintain a strong talent pipeline within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platform for critical and recurring roles. </li></ul> <p>Brand & Candidate Experience Support</p> <ul> <li>Promote the health system's mission, culture, and value proposition in every interaction. </li><li>Provide timely, professional communication and ensure candidates have a positive experience even in early contact stages. </li><li>Support virtual and in-person recruiting events, career fairs, and digital campaigns. </li></ul> <p>Reporting and Metrics</p> <ul> <li>Report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., source-of-hire, time-to-fill, candidate pipelines) to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement. </li><li>Update provider recruitment databases, lists, and sourcing pipelines. </li><li>Assist recruiters with job postings, initial application processing, and scheduling when needed. </li><li>Produce weekly sourcing reports showing activities, leads, and outcomes. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY</p> <p>Required Qualifications and Skills</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum experience needed. Prior work in health care, sales or a related field is preferred </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms is required. </li><li>Strong command of online sourcing tools and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Doximity). </li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). </li><li>Confident, professional phone presence and strong interpersonal skills. </li></ul> <p>High comfort level with persistent outreach, follow-up, and initiating cold conversations.</p> <ul> <li>Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
