<p>Kforce has a client in Johnston, RI that is seeking a Project & Change Management Consultant.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain project structures, ownership, and accountability </li><li>Build relationships with stakeholders to clarify scope and objectives </li><li>Maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and decisions in Workfront </li><li>Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-ups; Track KPIs and budgets </li><li>Coordinate cross-department collaboration and draft status updates </li><li>Ensure adherence to execution standards and apply project management methodologies </li><li>Support team leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring </li><li>Assist with change management activities including training, communications, and planning </li><li>Identify and mitigate risks, track and resolve issues, and develop contingency plans </li><li>Conduct post-project evaluations, document lessons learned and manage smooth project closeout* 5-7 years in project management leading large transformational initiatives </li><li>3-5 years in change management execution </li><li>Experience coordinating medium- to large-scale programs </li><li>Experience working with global teams and executive leadership </li><li>Proficient in project management tools (Workfront, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint) </li><li>Strong communication and presentation skills </li><li>Expertise in planning, organizing, and monitoring team performance </li><li>Effective problem-solving and risk management skills </li><li>Skilled in Agile and hybrid methodologies </li><li>Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines </li><li>Ability to build partnerships and collaborate across stakeholders </li></ul>
