Drive agency's participation and pass rate. </li><li>Create customized enablement and resources as a pillar of the agreement with Deal Agency and TikTok Sponsored Agency. </li><li>Design and implement agency conferences and tentpole events in 4 regionsMinimum Qualifications </li><li>5+ years experience in business development or business operations in the advertising industry. </li><li>Strong ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced working environment. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Passion for SMB business </li></ul>
