<p>Job Title: Architectural Job Captain</p> <p>We are seeking an Architectural Designer / Job Captain with 4-5 years of experience in the architecture field. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Revit and have experience with construction documents and design.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage construction documents using Revit software. </li><li>Collaborate on design development and schematic design phases. </li><li>Assist in construction administration tasks and ensure project compliance with architectural standards. </li><li>Work on institutional and residential projects, managing multiple projects simultaneously. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Revit software. </li><li>Experience in drafting and construction documents. </li><li>Strong architectural design skills. </li><li>Knowledge of construction administration and design development. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Architecture. </li><li>Excellent communication and time management skills. </li><li>Experience with institutional projects. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The office is located in Providence, RI, and offers plenty of parking. Employees are required to be in the office 3-4 days per week, with flexibility after the training period.
