<p>Advantage xPO is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a dedicated team supporting commercial property upkeep in Santa Monica. This full-time role focuses on preventive maintenance, general repairs, and facility support. If you're hands-on, safety-minded, and ready to take on a variety of building maintenance tasks, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Pay: $21-$23/hour</p> <p>Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM | Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks </li><li>Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical (light), and general building systems </li><li>Paint interior/exterior surfaces; assist with tile repairs and finish work </li><li>Operate lifts and ladders for light replacement, banner hanging, etc. </li><li>Submit accurate documentation through CMMS system </li><li>Maintain clean and organized work areas </li><li>Assist with light landscaping and other facility needs as required </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or technical training preferred </li><li>2-5 years' experience in maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, or light electrical </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills </li><li>Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities </li><li>Comfortable with basic measurements and using technical documents </li><li>Lift certification preferred; willing to work overtime and respond to emergencies </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love This Job:</p> <p>Employees are offered a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) savings plan.
