IKM Building Solutions, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to join our team and help us grow our footprint across Wisconsin.</p> <p>As the face of IKM, you'll be our brand steward-building strong client relationships, expanding our market presence, and delivering outcome-based solutions in Mechanical, Plumbing, Fabrication, Service, and Controls.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Reporting to the Sales Division Manager, your role will include:</p> <ul> <li>Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and manufacturing clients </li><li>Identify and close new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling </li><li>Promote renewable service agreements and maintain high customer satisfaction </li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic, technical proposals </li><li>Track opportunities in CRM and maintain detailed account plans </li><li>Represent IKM at trade shows and industry events </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>Proven sales experience in construction, mechanical systems, or related industries </li><li>Ability to read construction drawings and P&IDs </li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills </li><li>Self-starter with excellent time and territory management </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; COINS and SmartSheet experience a plus </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred </li></ul> <p>Work Environment & Travel</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation needed </li><li>Must be comfortable working in varied job site conditions </li><li>Ability to lift up to 25lbs and travel regularly to client locations </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?</p> <p>You'll be part of a collaborative, growth-focused team with the autonomy to drive results and make a real impact.
