The Human Resource Intern carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: Record / Data Maintenance, employee relations, and recruiting/sourcing candidates and employment. The Human Resources Intern also contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives with the implementation of services, policies, and programs.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be detailed oriented. </li><li>Excellent computer skills, including Word, Access and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment. </li><li>Effective oral and written communication skills. </li><li>General knowledge of various employment laws and practices. </li><li>Experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills. </li><li>Skills in database management and record keeping. </li><li>Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality. </li><li>Excellent organizational skills. </li><li>Must be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. </li><li>Must be able to gather and analyze information skillfully. </li><li>Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Recruiting and staffing logistics.</p> </li><li> <p>Advertises associate job openings, internally, and externally, keeping with company recruitment policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Conducts new-associate orientation.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares paperwork required for new hires and establishes personnel file.</p> </li><li> <p>Associate orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping;</p> </li><li> <p>Assisting with employee relations; Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the Human Resource office.</p> </li><li> <p>Supports supervisors with any needs and understands daily production needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Emphatically supports NCC Policy</p> </li></ul>
