<p>Job Summary</p> <p>The FC Warehouse Picker responsibilities will entail rotating stock; keep accurate inventory; scan RM to production; and FC warehouse housekeeping.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work in a cold temp room (36-38 *F at all times). </li><li>Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours. </li></ul> <p>Position Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Scan into production all RM per WOs and scanned back to inventory extra and / or returned RM. Assigned & scan returns into single location. </li><li>Execute FIFO method with all RM on hand. </li><li>Move P/Q Raw Material to BIRR. </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory by checking daily "one item / multiple locations" and / or "one location w / multiple items" reports. </li><li>Execute inventory adjustments based upon office audit results. </li><li>Coach; assist; and oversee new trainees. </li><li>Enforce GMPs, HACCP and SQF norms and regulations during daily operation. </li><li>Maintain FC Warehouse area organized; clean; and neat including single location racks. </li><li>Report any incident to FC supervisory and / or management team. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. </li><li>At least one year of stock experience. </li><li>Ability to operate a Rabbit jack / Stand-up forklift. </li><li>Ability to use wrist type scanner. </li><li>Ability to work standing up for at least 8 hrs. </li><li>Able to read and write legibly. </li><li>Able to perform repetitive bending. </li><li>Capable of lifting a minimum of 20 lbs. </li></ul> <p>e able to walk and stand for long hours. (8 hours min.)?</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to bend, lift, twist and climb.? </li><li>Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to work in a cold environment (36 degree and/or -15 degrees). </li><li>Must be able to operate an walk behind and or pump jack </li><li>Picks the correct item and quantity by utilizing pick slip/paper </li><li>Remove case(s) of product from storage rack and place on pallet </li><li>Move pallet on a pump jack until full or order is complete </li><li>Identifies the correct pick location and pick sequence in accordance to the order </li><li>Operates pump jack in a safe and efficient manner </li><li>Stages pallets in appropriate loading bay dock door </li><li>Perform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures </li><li>Immediately informs a supervisor or manager of any potential safety threats </li><li>Inform supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or product description or issues with product location </li><li>Ensure accuracy of work and adherence to production and safety standards </li><li>Inspects assigned jack for safety issues </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED </li><li>Must be able to read and understand instructions from RF computer.? </li><li>Warehouse and produce experience a plus but not required? ? </li><li>Ability to operate pump jack/walk behind preferred but not required </li></ul> <p>Technology Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Rider Jack Experience </li><li>RF Scanner Experience </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to walk and stand for long hours. </li><li>Must be able to bend, lift, twist, and climb. </li><li>Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to work in a cold environment. </li><li>Must be able to operate a forklift and jack. </li><li>Must be able to type. Have computer skills (excel, word & outlook a must) </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly. </li><li>Must be organized. </li></ul>
