Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.</p> <ul> <li>Adhere to the work schedule and be able to report to work on time and work throughout the assigned schedule and shift. </li><li>Record and track inventory levels, including the receiving and issuance of inventory </li><li>Coordinating shipping, receiving, and distribution processes </li><li>Ensure the quality of goods stored and shipped </li><li>Prepare relevant paperwork and maintain accurate records </li><li>Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively </li><li>Research and resolve count variances to ensure accurate inventory records and identify potential areas of improvement in the process </li><li>Develop and enhance warehouse procedures </li><li>Ensure the security of the warehouse premises </li><li>Move materials with a forklift and/or pallet jack </li><li>Maintain computerized inventory records, take physical inventory counts periodically, and check against inventory control totals using a computer. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing preferred </li><li>Forklift certifications are a plus </li><li>Complete required safety training, safely perform tasks, and follow safety policies. </li><li>Wear specified personal protective equipment, which may include steel/composite toe work boots, safety glasses, etc., as required. </li><li>Must be able to work at a sustained pace, follow packaging instructions to produce quality work, and produce a sufficient quantity of work as determined by the production schedule </li><li>Keep the work area organized. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Lift or carry up to 50 pounds, frequently </li><li>Push or pull up to 100 pounds frequently </li><li>Stand, walk, handle, reach outward and above the shoulder, and squat occasionally </li></ul> <p>Working environment</p> <ul> <li>Industrial environment, with occasional exposure to the outdoors </li><li>Work near moving mechanical parts </li><li>Exposure to fumes or airborne particles </li><li>May handle containers of caustic or acidic chemicals after appropriate training and with appropriate PPE </li><li>Moderate noise level from forklifts and other equipment </li></ul>
