You will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and engages our diverse community of users.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 8+ years of experience in content strategy, education, or enablement in a B2B or SaaS environment Proven editing skills, with the experience to create compelling content for multiple channels Proven project management skills, with the experience to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines Experience managing vendors and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content Experience in designing and developing high-quality digital assets Proven communication and collaboration skills, with the experience to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Skill in determining the specific knowledge and skills our audience requires to achieve their objectives Proven attention to detail and experience to maintain accuracy and quality in work products Experience to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a time-sensitive environment Experience to understand and empathize with our target audience, identifying their needs, motivations, goals, and knowledge gaps Experience to organize and sequence content in a logical and coherent manner, ensuring our audience can easily absorb and apply the knowledge and skills they need</p>
