Analysts possess strong executive presence, business acumen, presentation skills, and superior Excel skills (including Macros).</p> <p>HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide first-line of support for property Revenue Managers.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and solve issues in the lodging management system and booking engine.</p> </li><li> <p>Build packages and promotions in the lodging management system and booking engine.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist multiple departments by pulling ad-hoc reports using data queries.</p> </li><li> <p>Create and update Revenue Management Operations' best practices documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Process add-on requests utilizing a web-based platform for Caesars properties.</p> </li><li> <p>Run daily reports needed by various departments.</p> </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU WILL NEED</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be 21 years of age or older</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years of revenue management support, business systems support, hotel operations or similar experience</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree. Business, Economics, Finance, Hotel Management or Revenue Management (or equivalent work experience in a related field)</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of the gaming or hospitality industry</p> </li><li> <p>Record of problem-solving, conceptual thinking, and analytical abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with competing demands for resources</p> </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong business acumen and ability to synthesize information. Proven ability to analyze and present findings from quantitative data to general audiences</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communication skills and ability to explain detailed technical system processes and parameters in an easy-to-understand manner</p> </li><li> <p>Strong hands-on experience with the configuration and deployment of RM systems</p> </li><li> <p>Capable of making on-the-spot decisions that will be implemented in the RMS (with little or no support and guidance) and impact hundreds of thousands of dollars in profits</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communicator, teacher, and leader capable of explaining decisions to people as well as influence executive level leaders</p> </li><li> <p>Expert user of PCs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)</p> </li></ul> <p>TOGETHER WE WIN</p> <p>We believe in delivering family-style service-an approach that fosters warmth, connection, and a genuine sense of belonging.
