<p>This is a part time position responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of running a successful collegiate women's lacrosse program.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>? Coach and develop student-athletes in skills, tactics, and game preparation.</p> <p>? Assist in planning and conducting practices, workouts, and team activities.</p> <p>? Support recruiting efforts: identify prospects, communicate with athletes/coaches, attend events.</p> <p>? Mentor student-athletes on academics, character, and personal development.</p> <p>? Help with game-day operations, scouting, film review, and team logistics.</p> <p>? Ensure compliance with college, conference, and NAIA rules.</p> <p>? Participate in fundraising, alumni engagement, and community outreach.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>? Collegiate playing or coaching experience, ideally at the college or competitive club level</p> <p>? Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, including film and data use (e.g. HUDL)</p> <p>? Demonstrated ability to recruit, engage student-athletes, and support their holistic development</p> <p>? Experience with budgeting, facility management, social media, and compliance preferred</p> <p>Preferred Attributes</p> <p>? Experience at similar division level (e.g. NAIA/WHAC)</p> <p>?
